Dipper Dan has a lot going for it, mainly the price and quality of food. It's the cheapest burger you'll get in town. It isn't the most gourmet, but it's good for the price. Fries are also good, and the sweet tea is as well. The space to sit is a little crowded, but it's easy to ask for your meal to go, perfect for a picnic.

Not a bad spot for a cheap burger, hot dog, and fries. Now in terms of taste to value, you get a lot of taste for the price. I mean, a burger and fries for under $5. Unheard of unless you're at one of the giant fast food chains.I don't get some of the reviews claiming this to be one of the best burgers ever. It definitely is not that. I've had greasy spoon burgers that are out of this world. I had mine done the default way -- ketchup, mustard, and coleslaw. If you want tomatoes, onions, and lettuce, that's extra.

One of my family's favorite places to eat! It is family/kid friendly and very affordable for who can't usually afford to eat out. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Located in Dahlonega Ga. In Lumpkin county.

Great little hole in the wall burger place. The food was served hot and delicious. The onion rings are fantastic. The burgers are juicy and served with actual fresh fixings. The sweet tea is a must with a meal. You guys rock.. Thank you for a wonderful dine in experience.

In town for my sister's wedding and was longing for a good burger. Google points me in this place, and I was not disappointed! Extremely friendly and quite possibly one of the best burger's I've had for the price!

I absolutely love this place

I will never return!!! I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato pickle mustard ketchup and mayonnaise they omitted the lettuce and tomato and added some disgusting slaw, that looked disgusting. I would not eat it. I asked for them to make a cheeseburger like I ordered. They said you either eat that one or you pay for a new one to be made! I said why would I purchase something that you could just mess up like you did that one! I will never return they have lost a long-time customer!

Great all american food! An old fashioned ice cream parlor with low old fashioned prices. A local favorite for several generations.

Great food, my dad happened to get soggy fries as I had received crispy delicious ones but overall the ratings for the food were a hit, sadly the restroom conditions were a bit confusing being in the back but overall a decent little place, great food and even greater sweet tea.

I grew up in Dahlonega and now live in TX and when I go home to visit they are the first place I go.

Only one thing to say - BEST PLACE IN DAHLONEGA FOR BURGERS/HOT DOGS and food is ALWAYS great! Busiest place in town and been around since the early 80's.

First time trying a slaw burger. It was amazing! I've eaten there a few times already and have only been here about 2 weeks. We don't have slaw burgers in Texas. It would be nice to have a Dipper Dan's!! ;) Staff is very friendly. Service is fast and efficient. Highly recommend this place!! Don't forget the award winning sweet tea!!

This is a quaint little family owned place. Good food at good prices. It doesn't have a very big seating area though.

A long time family favorite. The food is so good and you can not beat the price of the food. If you are in Dahlonega and want some good food it's a must. I love the slaw dogs with onions it's my favorite
